This hotel suits me perfectly! The indoor pool, fitness center, and free internet access have everything I need. On my first stay, the staff even helped with the local taxi number. I'll definitely return for a holiday!

The bed was comfy and the room was a great value.

The room was a suite and was like an apartment. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was exceptional at this hotel. I was in town for a Hampton University graduation and the hotel is conveniently located which was only ten minutes away from the graduation site. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel and will recommend the hotel to others also.

Excellent location. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highway.

The hotel is under renovation so not in best of shape for our stay.

Sound proofed well did not hear interstate traffic even while being directly beside it.

We had to took a suite thinking it had pullout sofa. Had to get a cot. Room $100 more than standard. Room was not as clean as I would expect for that price.v

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Newport News, An Ihg Hotel is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. I particularly appreciated the spacious common areas, easy for seniors to move around comfortably.

Air conditioner unit was noisy during the night.

The location was convenient, and the fitness room looked well cared for with a variety of equipment. I enjoyed the free breakfast and appreciated the clean breakfast bar. The staff was friendly and nice during my check-in process. I connected my iPad to the TV to watch movies.

The bathroom needs some minor fixes. There was a stain on the ceiling, and the air conditioner was noisy.

The bed was fine, breakfast was nice, just what we needed.

We enjoyed a cozy night with ample USB charging options-great for family movie time! The pool area felt inviting, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the breakfast bar. Just a heads up, navigate carefully from the interstate to find this gem!

I stayed in a Double Suite, and the spacious layout was perfect for my family. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed a varied breakfast with options like fresh fruits and made-to-order pancakes. The parking situation could use some improvement as it felt limited at times.

Very comfortable bed.

Price was high for this time of year. The Staff did not return a phone call concerning personal property left at this location.

The king suite was nice size.

There were unattended children running everywhere. The pool was crowded with them as well. The lobby and elevator were hot and had a bad smell. No info on breakfast. Went in and sat down, no one came to talk to serve us so we left.
